More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally included in this new image drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling different sections of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.

More documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
